Listened to Kristen Lynn and The Fox Gloves new album, 35 this morning. I really enjoyed the flow of the story being told in each song. I think I cried after every song. You can tell the musicians know Kristen and everything she has gone through in life. They play like they are an extension to her heart. I love the whimsical sounding piano with the violin and Kristen's haunting voice. The drums are a perfect distant misty sound with the swampy surf guitar, that I personally love so much. Every song had something tied in to the previous song, a true Americana style band. "Close Your Eyes" was my favorite (so far) made me feel like I was sneaking into to nature to get a small glimpse of truth. I am glad you were born and I get to be part of your journey.
